The capacity of this machine is about 120 TPD with a deckle size of 4100 mm. It is designed to manufacture Hi-BF kraft papers, Fluting media and Test liners. Designed speed is about 300 MPM and operating speed is 250 MPM. Highlight of the machine is High BF single wire kraft paper machine with size press. It is with proposed scope for top wire in future.
Scheduled start-up of production is Sep’2021 and total estimated project cost is INR 40 crore. Total Paper machine with Pulp mill equipment will be supplied by JMC Paper Tech.
