Cellwood commissions Hot Dispersing Units at Lemit Papers

Yet another successful commissioning of three new Hot Dispersing Units at Lemit Papers LLP, Morbi Gujarat, India, one of the biggest Paper regions, opting for the KRIMA Dispersers.

The picture has the project team together with the mill owner Mr. Praful Detroja and Cellwood commissioning engineer Niclas Karlsson.

Recycled paper made stronger and cleaner Krima dispersing systems are used to strengthen fiber and reduce impurities in the pulp to a non-visible size.

Krima offers savings and improvements which can be seen in many areas:

  • Significantly lower furnish costs.
  • Savings on bleaching chemicals.
  • Increased yield.
  • Lower chemical usage for cleaning.
  • Killing of bacteria and spores with high temperatures.
  • Excellent strength development of fibers.
  • Less rejected paper on plant level.

  • Improved overall paper quality.
