ProJet b.v. received an order for 3 Power Cleaners for the PM1 at a recycled paper mill for Packaging paper in Central France.
PM1 manufactures Medium & Liner on a 4.6 meter wide machine at 740m/min. The Power Cleaners will be installed on PM1 on the 1st Unirun and 2nd Top & Bottom Dryer section. The order was received in June ’25 and will be delivered Q4 ’25. The value of the order will not be disclosed.
The Power Cleaners will bring the following benefits :
- Higher drying capacity: steam consumption reduced by 10%
- Eliminate holes and defects: reduce reject / broke
- Longer life of the Dryer Fabrics
- Elimination of sheet breaks
- Elimination of down time for manual cleaning
- Elimination of cleaning chemicals
