ProJet b.v. received yet another order from DS Smith / International Paper, Witzenhausen, Germany, for the delivery of 2 Power Cleaners for the Forming Fabrics (Inner & Outer Wire).
This order is a result from the succesful installation of the previous Power Cleaners on the machine. The machine in Witzenhausen is 8 meters wide and produces packaging grades with speeds up to 1,200m/min.
The ProJet b.v. Power Cleaners will replace the existing High Pressure Showers completely and by doing so:
- reduce water consumption
- reduce installed electrical power
- increase dewatering / drainage capacity of the wires
- reduce defects on the sheet : increase production and runability
