Jardin Corrugated Expands with New 140,000-Square-Foot Production Facility

Jardin Corrugated Relocates to New 140,000-Square-Foot Manufacturing Facility to Support Growth

Jardin Corrugated has relocated its operations to a new 140,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, marking a significant milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy and operational expansion.

Situated less than five minutes from its previous site within the same business park, the new facility has been under development since January. The relocation aligns with Jardin Corrugated’s five-year growth plan, providing the infrastructure needed to support increased production capacity and future business development.

The purpose-built facility has been designed to improve manufacturing efficiency through an optimized production layout that enhances workflow and streamlines operations. In addition to expanded manufacturing space, the site features modern employee amenities, a reception area, open-plan offices, meeting rooms, and additional space to accommodate future expansion.

As part of the move, the company transferred all existing production equipment to the new location while investing in advanced technology, including a new Eterna flat-bed die cutter and upgraded material handling systems. These additions are expected to improve the movement of raw materials and work-in-progress across the production floor, boosting overall operational efficiency.

Commenting on the transition, Managing Director Bob Kozculab said the relocation was a major undertaking that required maintaining uninterrupted customer service while moving operations. He credited the company’s employees for successfully executing the transition.

During the relocation process, Jardin Corrugated operated across both its old and new facilities to ensure business continuity. The company confirmed that June 30, 2026, will mark the final day of operations at its original manufacturing site, which has served as its production base since the late 1940s.

Jardin Corrugated said it will share further details in the coming months regarding the operational improvements achieved through the relocation and the benefits the new facility will deliver to customers.
