Hoffmaster Unveils $65 Million Investment to Strengthen Wisconsin Paper Products Facility

Hoffmaster Invests $65 Million to Expand Wisconsin Manufacturing Facility, Create Over 100 Jobs

Hoffmaster, a leading manufacturer of single-use tableware products for the foodservice, consumer goods, and baking industries, has announced a $65 million investment to expand its manufacturing facility in Clintonville, Wisconsin. The project is expected to generate more than 100 full-time manufacturing jobs while significantly increasing the company’s production capacity.

The expansion project includes the acquisition of an adjacent property and the construction of an 86,000-square-foot addition to the existing facility. The Clintonville plant currently produces a wide range of paper-based products, including paper plates, napkins, table covers, and baking paper.

The investment is aimed at boosting Hoffmaster’s paper plate production to meet rising customer demand across its portfolio of seasonal, special occasion, solid-color, and everyday products. Along with recent manufacturing upgrades, the expansion is expected to nearly double the facility’s annual paper plate production capacity.

Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2026, with completion anticipated in spring 2027. Keller, Inc. will oversee the construction, while Gladstone Commercial Corporation will finance the land acquisition and building expansion under a long-term lease extension designed to support Hoffmaster’s continued growth.

To support the project, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) has approved up to $1 million in performance-based state income tax credits over the next three years. The incentives will be awarded based on the number of jobs created and the level of capital investment achieved during the project period.
