PackMojo has expanded its custom packaging portfolio with the launch of protective box liner inserts, providing brands with an additional solution for securing products during storage, handling and transportation.
The new inserts are designed to create a protective interior structure within packaging boxes, helping keep products securely positioned and reducing movement during transit. The solution is particularly suitable for products that require additional cushioning and structural support during shipping.
PackMojo offers inserts made from a range of materials, including corrugated board and paperboard, allowing brands to select solutions based on the product’s weight, fragility and protection requirements. Corrugated inserts can provide stronger structural support for heavier products, while paperboard inserts are suited to lightweight products and applications where product alignment and presentation are important.
The company states that its paperboard inserts are available in 300–400 gsm specifications, while corrugated options include E-flute and B-flute constructions. These materials can be configured into different structures depending on the size, shape and positioning of the product inside the box.
The protective inserts are designed for applications including cosmetics, electronics, retail products, fragile goods and multi-product kits. Custom-fit structures help prevent products from shifting inside the package while also providing a more organised and professional presentation.
PackMojo also provides structural packaging design services to help customers determine the appropriate insert material and configuration for their products. Customers can customise dimensions, materials, printing and finishes according to their packaging requirements.
