Sun Chemical to Showcase Complete Corrugated Printing Solutions at Corrugated Week 2026

Sun Chemical is set to showcase its comprehensive portfolio of inks, coatings, pressroom consumables, color-management technologies and technical services for the corrugated packaging industry at Corrugated Week 2026, taking place from September 28 to 30 at the Fort Worth Convention Center in Texas.

The company will exhibit at Booth #114 under the theme “Complete Solution for Corrugated Inks, Coatings, Color Management & Advanced Services.” The presentation will highlight technologies designed to help corrugated converters improve print quality, maintain consistent colors, increase press efficiency and address evolving sustainability requirements.

A key part of Sun Chemical’s showcase will be its SunVisto water-based ink portfolio, which includes solutions for both pre-print and post-print corrugated applications. The range covers process colors, PMS matches, specialty colors and other ink systems developed to support reliable coverage, color accuracy and press performance.

Sun Chemical will also demonstrate its digital color-management solutions, including SunDigiGuide and SunColorBox. These technologies are designed to simplify color communication and matching while helping printers maintain consistency across different production locations. By streamlining color workflows, the solutions can reduce unnecessary press adjustments and improve production efficiency.

The company will further highlight its range of corrugated coatings, including SunSys Vallocoat water-based coatings and SunCure UV-curable technologies. The portfolio includes gloss, matte, specialty and functional coatings developed to provide properties such as scuff, rub, grease, water and temperature resistance.

Another feature at the event will be Project Barracuda, Sun Chemical’s training and customer-engagement initiative for the corrugated sector. The program brings together education, pressroom assessment, application support and technical expertise to help converters identify practical opportunities for improving their operations.

Sustainability will also be a major focus. Sun Chemical will showcase SunVisto AquaGreen, a water-based ink technology incorporating higher levels of bio-renewable resin content while maintaining the print performance required for fiber-based packaging. The company will also present low-VOC, low-migration and food-safe options designed to support sustainability and recycling objectives.

In addition, Sun Chemical will demonstrate its SunVisto Anilox Cleaning Program, which includes everyday, automated and deep-cleaning solutions designed to maintain anilox condition, support consistent print quality and help extend roll life.

Through its integrated portfolio and technical support services, Sun Chemical aims to help corrugated converters improve productivity, print performance and operational efficiency while adapting to the changing requirements of the packaging industry.

The company’s participation at Corrugated Week 2026 highlights the growing role of advanced printing inks, coatings, color management and sustainable technologies in the development of high-performance corrugated packaging.
