PD : What are your company’s principles?
DG : To Give to all customers and clients, quality and service, in all they ask of us. To value their time and give them value for money to ensure that a job undertaken is a job completed to make sure that we are small enough to look at the minutest details and large enough to carry out the biggest jobs. To never lose sight of the fact that we aren`t just building industries-we are also building our nation ‘and above all to do all our business ethically, humanely and to the best of our ability Today we have the confidence, experience and quality to take on any challenge. PD : What about your manufacturing facilities?
DG : Jasmira has come up the hard way……gradually, we have built our company atom by atom, brick by brick. We began with almost nothing.
Today we boast of a Manufacturing facility of about 50000 Sq.Ft., complete with strong CNC infrastructure. Our Brand is known for its quality & results.
PD : What difference do you think a good made in India blade coater will make to the paper industry?
DG : Almost all the blade coaters running in India presently are not made in India. This is a huge loss for our country and active efforts should be made by all paper machine manufacturers to expand their capabilities and try for a 0 machinery import situation. We can definitely give better products/price and service to our clients and must surely take stock of the situation.
Blade coaters save huge print costs and are always preferred by clients. Our blade coater is of the highest quality with extremely good service and competitive pricing. We visualise a future where all our clients will add his value to their product and increase the demand for the product worldwide.
PD : How important is QC for a equipment manufacturing company and what parameters do you follow to assure the quality of your products?
DG : Jasmira Engineers quality control is a management system that makes sure that deliverables adhere to the criteria and specifications established by the client at the start of the engineering process. This can contain a variety of standards, such as finishing the project within the parameters of the job, Periodic maintenance, housekeeping and safety standards, lab test of materials etc.
PD : What is your goal in the Industry?
DG : We plan to have 100% monopoly in the made in India blade coating section. We have also just recently inaugurated a new company and hope to expand more vertically and horizontally in the paper machinery manufacturing space.
