2025 INDONESIA INTERNATIONALPAPER CHAIN INDUSTRY EXPO is organized by the China National Chemical Information Center (CNCIC) . Since its inception in 2018, the exhibition has been successfully held four times.
With professional organization and efficient resource integration, it has grown into one of the most influential paper industry trade shows in Southeast Asia. The event has received strong support from the Indonesian Ministry of Industry, the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Indonesian Printing and Packaging Association, the Indonesian National Standardization Agency, the Pulp Molding Packaging Committee of the China Packaging Federation, and the Eco-Friendly Paper Industry Committee.
Over the years, the exhibition has been strongly supported by both domestic and international companies, including Zhengzhou Yunda, Zhengzhou Leizhan, Qinyang Pingan, Shanghai Qingliang, Qinyang Xinhai, Guangdong Chengming, Shandong Mingyuan, Shandong Oupede, Anhui Pacific, Baosuo Machinery, Qingdao Lehler, Shandong Meixin, Exxon, and L&M. The previous edition attracted more than 150 companies and over 8,000 visitors from countries and regions such as the United States, Germany, Thailand, Indonesia, and Japan.
The event fostered a vibrant atmosphere of exchange and achieved numerous pragmatic cooperation outcomes. In 2025, to further strengthen the upstream and downstream linkage of the paper and packaging industry chain, CNCIC will partner with RX Global (organizer of the WEPACK brand) to concurrently hold the WEPACK Southeast Asia Expo, creating a one-stop platform for the full industrial chain of “paper + packaging” in Southeast Asia.
The exhibition will cover key segments including raw material supply, equipment manufacturing, process technology, and end-use applications, integrating technology showcase, business matchmaking, and industry networking, with the goal of expanding cooperation opportunities for both exhibitors and visitors. During the exhibition, CNCIC and IPPA will co-host the 2025 (5th) Indonesia International Summit on Sustainable Development in Paper and Packaging.
The summit will focus on energy saving and carbon reduction, green manufacturing, and the circular economy, addressing both pulp & paper and packaging sectors to explore sustainable industry development pathways. Several concurrent events will also be held onsite, such as Frontier Technology Launches and Recommended Suppliers Showcases, highlighting breakthroughs in pulping processes, advancements in papermaking equipment, innovative paper- based materials, pulp molding technologies, and intelligent packaging production lines.
These activities aim to help enterprises gain a competitive edge in technology and accelerate the industry’s transformation towards a greener, smarter, and higher- end future. In addition, VIP delegations will be organized to visit key local paper mills in Indonesia for on-site inspections of production lines and technical systems, enabling precise demand matching and building a new channel for China-Indonesia industrial cooperation, project docking, and implementation.
As one of the most influential professional exhibitions in Southeast Asia, the 2025 Indonesia International Paper & Packaging Exhibition will bring together global equipment manufacturers, raw material suppliers, technology providers, and end- users to showcase the latest technologies and innovations. It offers not only a business networking and brand promotion platform for enterprises but also a valuable window to gain insights into market trends and explore regional opportunities.
