Successful PM-3 Rebuild Marks a Major Step in Technology Upgradation and Operational Excellence.
Ruchira Papers of continuous effort and perfect coordination, the proud moment has arrived. From 3rd November to 4th December, the team worked tirelessly, and now RPL Paper Machine-3 successfully produced its first paper reel.
This rebuild included the complete drive shift from Rockwell PowerFlex to ABB ACS-880 with ISU, high-capacity motor upgrades, speed enhancement, and installation of the Bellmer Headbox and Shoe Press. This project also provided significant technical learning that will shape my future growth.
