Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh: Shree Bhawani Paper Mills has achieved a significant milestone by successfully producing soft tissue paper in the 15–34 GSM range on its Fourdrinier tissue machine with a production capacity of 30 TPD.
This accomplishment demonstrates the mill’s technical capability to manufacture quality tissue grades on a conventional Fourdrinier platform.
A major contribution to this success comes from Mr. Partha Sarathi Biswas , one of Asia’s leading tissue consultants and experts. His technical guidance, extensive experience, and hands-on support played a pivotal role in achieving the desired softness, formation, and overall tissue quality while optimizing machine performance.
The tissue machine is equipped with a 24-meter wire length , a 14-foot MG cylinder , and a finished deckle width of 1.9 meters . Operating at a speed of 400 meters per minute , the machine is capable of producing tissue grades ranging from 16 to 42 GSM , with a targeted operating range of 14 to 42 GSM .
The furnish primarily utilizes recycled fiber, while imported softwood pulp can be incorporated whenever required to enhance softness and strength characteristics based on product specifications.
This successful production run highlights Shree Bhawani Paper Mills’ commitment to technological advancement and product diversification, strengthening its position in the growing tissue paper segment.
